Here you can find our terms & conditions that apply when booking a cruise with Saltwater Cruises, LLC, dba Flashcruises only act as travelagent (reseller) for all cruise only/cruise line flight inclusive packages and are neither the ‘Cruise Line’ or the “Vendor” of the travel
arrangements. Your booking is a contract between you and thecruise line, airline, hotel, etc.

1.1 The passenger names given at the time of booking have been confirmed by you.

1.2 The spelling of the first name, middle name, and surname must match your passport exactly.

1.3 Any changes will result in a charge to you from the cruise or tour operator (see cruise line terms and conditions). Please contact us as soon as possible.

1.4 If traveling with a child that has a different surname to the adults on the booking, some cruise lines require consent in the form of a notarised letter.

1.5 You are responsible for verifying that everything on your reservation documents is accurate and complete, including dates of the event, and options selected.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 Full payment is due at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. CONTRACT / LIABILITY

3.1 All bookings accepted by Saltwater Cruises on our website and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the travel vendors. The vendors are the cruise operators, airlines and any other supplier.3.2 Your contract is with the vendors defined above. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Saltwater Cruises, LLC in their capacity as Retail Agents, upon the express condition that Saltwater Cruises, LLC is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond Saltwater Cruises, LLC control shall be occasioned by Saltwater Cruises, LLC or any of its officials, agents or representatives.

3.2 The total liability of Saltwater Cruises, LLC shall not exceed thetotal payment received from the client in respect of any booking.

3.3 Some cruise lines have restrictions enforcing there must be at least 1 adult of 21+ years of age named in each cabin booked. If you submit a booking through Saltwater Cruises, LLC that doesn’t meet these requirements, the cruise line will reject the booking. In these
circumstances we will issue you a full refund for the rejected cabin.

4. TICKETS AND LUGGAGE LABELS

4.1 Your tickets will be available online approximately 2 weeks before your departure date.

4.2 All tickets will be provided in electronic format. Many cruise lines require you to provide additional information before tickets can be dispatched. This may include registering on the cruise lines portal and uploading documents.

5. WHAT’S INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED

5.1 If you have booked a cabin on a “GUARANTEE” basis, this means you will be allocated any cabin in the grade booked (where specified) or higher. You will normally receive a specific cabin number when the cruise tickets are issued or at the latest, when you board the ship. Some cabins booked through Saltwater Cruises, LLC could be obstructed or offered with a partial view. Please refer to the cruise line’s website for further information on whether or not the cabin you have selected will be obstructed as Saltwater Cruises, LLC will not be held liable for this.

5.2 Transfers are not included as part of the bookings.

5.3 Onboard spending money amounts displayed on each cruise line’s offers will vary by cruise date and duration booked and are not combinable with any other offer or discount.

6. GRATUITIES

6.1 If you have pre-paid gratuities, these will be specified on the Saltwater Cruises, LLC booking confirmation.

6.2 If your booking confirmation email does not state that you have pre-paid gratuities then you will be subject to the relevant cruise line service charge fees. These fees are typically added to your onboard account and are paid off at the end of your cruise. If you do not wish to pay the service charge that the cruise line has proposed, then you will have to speak to the reception once you are onboard your ship.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

7.1 Some cruise lines require passengers to have comprehensive travel insurance. It is your responsibility to verify the requirements for travel.

8. PASSPORTS & VISAS

8.1 It is the responsibility of all passengers to have a full valid passport with you when you travel, which is valid for 6 months after the returndate.

8.2 It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to ensure they are in possession of the correct visas for the cruise they have booked.

8.4 It is your sole responsibility to check in plenty of time before your travel as entry visas or permits may be necessary for certain destinations and it is the responsibility of the individual traveler to obtain.

9. HEALTH, PREGNANCY & VACCINATIONS

9.1 You must inform us prior to booking of any medical conditions, pregnancy or disabilities that could affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. You must also update us of any changes to your health if they occur prior to your cruise.

10. DINING ARRANGEMENTS

10.1 Your meal sitting & table size (where specified) will have been requested at the time of check-in. Please be aware that these are on a request basis and not guaranteed. However, the cruise line will do all they can to accommodate every request.

11. SPECIAL REQUESTS

11.1 Any special requests (where specified) will be passed on to the cruise line at time of booking. Please be aware that these are on a request basis and not guaranteed. However, the cruise line/operator/airline will do all they can to accommodate every request.

12. AMENDMENTS

12.1 The Cruise Operator/Supplier reserves the right to make any changes to your booking. Please refer to the terms & conditions of the relevant cruise line.

12.2 Saltwater Cruises, LLC reserves the right to make an amendment charge of $50 per person per change in addition to any Cruise Operator/Supplier charges for any voluntary amendments (if the amendment to any component of your trip is even possible – again, please refer to the terms & conditions of the cruise line).

13. CANCEL & REBOOKING TO A DIFFERENT CRUISE WITH THE SAME
CRUISE LINE

13.1 If you wish to transfer to a new cruise AND it is possible, subject to the terms and conditions of the Cruise Operator/Supplier, the Cruise Operator/Supplier will charge an admin fee.

13.2 In addition to this fee, Saltwater Cruises, LLC will charge an admin fee of $50 per person.

14. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

14.1 Your cruise line deposit is non-refundable.

14.2 Cancellations incur a Saltwater Cruises, LLC administration fee of $250.

14.3 Cancellations can only be processed with written or email authorization from the passengers traveling.

14.4 These administration charges are made in addition to any charge made by your Cruise Operator/Supplier which is detailed in their terms & conditions.

14.5 Any refunds are subject to terms & conditions of the Cruise Operator/Supplier. If cancellation is due to an insurable reason, your travel insurance policy will specify what refund you are able to claim through the insurance company you hold your policy with. Please retain your Saltwater Cruises, LLC booking confirmation, as you will need it if your travel arrangements are protected under a scheme of financial protection and you need to make a claim.

14.6 Any applicable refunds may take several weeks to process and are subject to the relevant cruise line providing a refund to Saltwater Cruises, LLC.

15. DISCLAIMER

15.1 Every effort has been made to ensure all the information on the website is correct, however Saltwater Cruises, LLC cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions.

15.2 Saltwater Cruises, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you have a problem or dispute, we will try to resolve your concerns. But if we are unsuccessful, you may pursue claims as explained in this section. You agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to the Website, any dealings with our customer service agents, any services or products provided, any representations made by us, or our Privacy Policy (“Claims”) by contacting Saltwater Cruises, LLC Customer Support. If we are not able to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you agree to attempt mediation, and if unsuccessful, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court, as set forth below. All claims and legal matters must be filed in Salt Lake County or Utah County in the state of Utah. Any and all Claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert Claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify. This includes any Claims you assert against us, event suppliers, or any companies offering products or services through us (which are beneficiaries of this arbitration agreement). This also includes any Claims that arosebefore you accepted these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether prior versions of the Terms and Conditions required arbitration. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including statutory damages, attorneys’ fees and costs), and must follow and enforce these Terms and Conditions as a court would. Arbitrations will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules, except as provided in this section. If your total Claims seek less than $10,000, we will reimburse you for filing fees you pay to the AAA and will pay arbitrator’s fees. You may choose to have an arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the state of Utah or at another mutually agreed location.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your Claims to

If we request arbitration against you, we will give you notice at the email address or street address you have provided. The AAA’s rules and filing instructions are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. An arbitration decision may be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.
